Italian buffet includes one salad, two entrées, freshly baked garlic and assorted breads. Sweet and unsweet iced tea.

Entrees – Select One

  • Chicken Fettuccine – Fettuccine tossed with grilled chicken breast, white truffle oil, and your choice of pesto garlic cream, sun‐dried tomato cream, marinara or primavera sauce.
  • Additional Option: Rainbow Cheese Tortellini
  • Chicken Parmesan – Chicken breast breaded with herbs and parmesan cheese. Served with fettuccine tossed in white truffle oil, marinara sauce and freshly shaved parmesan.
  • Chicken Souvlaki – Grilled chicken breast seasoned with lemon, olive oil, and Mediterranean herbs. Served with parmesan tuxedo orzo pasta, vegetables, pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and greek salad with Mediterranean dressing.
  • Lasagna – Your choice of beef or creamy vegetarian
  • Rainbow Cheese Tortellini – Served with choice of pesto garlic cream, sun‐dried tomato cream, alfredo or marinara sauce.
  • Tortellini Upgrade: Grilled chicken or fresh roasted wild salmon
  • Pasta Marinara – Served with spaghetti or penne pasta and homemade bolognese sauce or meatballs. Additional Option: Rainbow Cheese Tortellini
  • Chicken Marsala – Grilled chicken breast marinated in marsala wine. Served with sautéed mushroom sauce and garlic mashed potatoes or roasted new potatoes.
  • Gourmet Baked Macaroni and Cheese – Penne pasta tossed with white truffle oil and baked with housemade breadcrumbs and three domestic cheeses.
  • Pan Roasted Chicken Breast – Served with a Roasted Garlic and Wild Mushroom Ragout.
  • Classic Spezzatino – Stewed Chicken Breast with Artichoke Hearts, Tomato, Canellini Beans, White Wine and Basil.
  • “Pollo al Limon” – Served with a Caper, Vodka and Lemon Sauce.
  • “Pollo Siciliana” – Braised Chicken with Peppers and Sweet Sausage.
